How can I save money on getting new tyres fitted or getting a puncture fixed on my motorcycle?

Take the wheels of your motorcycle and bring them into us. You will save a lot in labour costs. Take the old tyres home with you (there are many uses for old motorcycle tyres), this will save you $10 per tyre.

Here are the costs

Please note that the complexity of modern bikes and styles including Tubeless & Tubed tyres make it hard to have a simple price! We have put the following prices to help take the mystery out of the costs of getting new motorcycle tyres and or puncture repairs.

Tyre Sizing Explained

In the picture below you can see, the sidewall of the motorcycle tyre shows the following dimensions:
180/55 ZR 17 then: M/C (73W)

Here is what these codes mean:

180: The width of the tyre, expressed in millimetres.
55: The aspect ratio (the sidewall height as a proportion of the tyre width).
ZR: The “R” stands for Radial construction. A “ZR” code refers specifically to radial tyres designed for high speeds.
17: The bead-seat diameter of the wheel, expressed in inches (1 inch, which = 2.54cm).
M/C: This code means that it is a tyre for motorcycles.
(73 W): The number is the load rating of the tyre and the letter following it is the speed rating. In this example, 73 means that the tyre can carry a load of up to 365 kg. The (W) means that it can be driven over 270 km/h.
