1. Delivery to Your Door

To ensure your items arrive safely and efficiently, we use a combination of trusted shipping carriers based on the size and weight of your order:

Regular & Standard-Sized Items: Shipped via Australia Post.

Large & Bulky Items: Handled by specialized Freight Companies to ensure safe transport to your location.

How Much Does Delivery Cost?

At Checkout: Exact shipping costs are calculated and displayed at the checkout stage before you complete your purchase.

Product Pages: You can use our Delivery Cost Calculator located directly on our product pages to get an instant estimate before adding items to your cart.

Custom Shipping Quotes: For certain oversized, heavy, or specialty items, shipping cannot be automatically calculated online. If this applies to an item in your cart, a message will prompt you: PLEASE CALL US FOR A QUOTE! (03) 9351 0055

2. In-Store Pickup

If you live locally or prefer to collect your order yourself, you can choose In-Store Pickup at checkout.

Please Note Regarding Pickup Availability:
To offer you an extensive range of products, not all stock is held at our main shop. We utilize trusted supplier warehouses across Australia. As a result, there may be a short processing delay before your order is ready to collect.

Do not come in to pick up your order until you receive a "Ready for Collection" email or notification from us. We will let you know as soon as all your items have arrived at our store and are ready for you.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched via Australia Post or one of our freight partners, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information so you can follow its journey to your door.
